At Humanoid, Jarad shapes the technological vision and strategy while overseeing the development, execution, and rollout of advanced AI-powered humanoid robotics. With over 13 years of experience, he previously held key roles at iRobot and Brain Corp, specializing in mobile and consumer robotics, large-scale AMR deployments, and engineering leadership.

Co-CTO

With a diverse background in product companies across various industries, including robotics, manufacturing, telecom, and banking, Dmitrii is helping Humanoid build the foundation for the next generation of humanoid robots. Prior to joining Humanoid, Dmitrii built an Industry 4.0 electric vehicle factory from scratch at Arrival.

Chief Product Officer

Sotirios leads the development of humanoid robots for various applications, including industrial and labor automation. With over 15 years of experience, he previously worked at UBTECH Robotics, specializing in humanoids, wheeled robots, cloud robotics, and online platforms.

Chief Operation Officer

With over 15 years of experience, my expertise spans operational excellence, digital hardware design and manufacturing, technology management, and organizational governance. As the VP of Operational Excellence at Arrival’s AME division, Thomas led the team through formation, scaling, funding adjustments, program pivots, and daily operations.

Alina Kolpakova

Chief Strategy Officer

Alina has been working with Artem Sokolov for 11 years across various projects and companies, helping to initiate and scale successful business ideas. At Humanoid, she spends most of her time talking to prospective clients and field experts, and developing go-to-market and marketing strategies.

Chief HR Officer

Bringing experience from previous roles at Soveren, Trucker Path, UbankSA, and Deutsche Bank, Natalia is developing all People 
processes (recruiting, HR, performance management, and more) at Humanoid.

Chief Business Development

Bringing over a decade of experience with leading automotive and deep-tech companies such as Arrival, Jaguar Land Rover, and WayRay, Andrew leads the introduction and adoption of humanoid robots through strategic partnerships, business development, and collaboration.
