With over 15 years of experience, Thomas’ expertise spans operational excellence, digital hardware design and manufacturing, technology management, and organizational governance. As the VP of Operational Excellence at Arrival’s AME division, Thomas led the team through formation, scaling, funding adjustments, program pivots, and daily operations.

With a diverse background in product companies across various industries, including robotics, manufacturing, telecom, and banking, Dmitrii is helping Humanoid build the foundation for the next generation of humanoid robots. Prior to joining Humanoid, Dmitrii built an Industry 4.0 electric vehicle factory from scratch at Arrival.

Sotirios leads the development of humanoid robots for various applications, including industrial and labor automation. With over 15 years of experience, he previously worked at UBTECH Robotics, specializing in humanoids, wheeled robots, cloud robotics, and online platforms.

Alina has been working with Artem Sokolov for 11 years across various projects and companies, helping to initiate and scale successful business ideas. At Humanoid, she spends most of her time talking to prospective clients and field experts, and developing go-to-market and marketing strategies.

Bringing experience from previous roles at Soveren, Trucker Path, UbankSA, and Deutsche Bank, Natalia leads all People processes at Humanoid. Her expertise spans recruiting, HR operations, performance management, and talent development, making her an invaluable asset to the organization. At Humanoid, Natalia focuses on building a strong, people-centered culture that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
