Technical Project Manager

Humanoid is the first AI and robotics company in the UK, creating the world’s most advanced, reliable, commercially scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Our first humanoid robot HMND 01 is a next-gen labour automation unit, providing highly efficient services across various use cases, starting with industrial applications.


We are looking for Investor Relations Lead to join our team based in London, UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that solutions align with technical requirements and standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and budget overruns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and change management logs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and optimize efficiency.
• Be adaptable and responsive to changing project requirements, priorities, and constraints.

Expertise

• Strong technical background in robotics, automation, or related fields, with a deep understanding of humanoid robotics principles and technologies.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and execution, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to make timely and informed decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in identifying and managing project risks, with the ability to develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity, adjusting plans and strategies as needed to achieve project success.
